Caribbean Carnival/Friends of Culture (CC/FOC) of New Orleans invites you to participate in the 15th Annual
"BAYOU BACCHANAL" Festival to be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(Setup will begin at 9:00 a.m.) in Armstrong Park (Congo Square), on Rampart Street, New Orleans, LA.
The Bayou Bacchanal Festival expects nearly 1,000 to 1,500 visitors this year and it continues to grow annually. We hope that you seriously consider being a part of this pinnacle event for the city and tourism industry.
